Cashew Ginger Lime Sauce

What you need: 

1/4 cup canola oil
1 limes juice
1 cup cashews - toast for 5 minutes on medium heat
2 tablespoon tamari
2 cloves garlic
3 inches grated fresh gingeroot
1 teaspoon salt
1/2-3/4 cup hot water

What you do: 

In a food processor add all ingredients and whiz until smooth. Add to pasta. Good hot or cold.
