Cheesy Casserole

What you need: 

1 jar marinara (or other tomato based vegan pasta sauce)
1 block Follow your Heart mozzarella flavored vegan vegan cheese
2 tablespoons Follow Your Heart Vegenaise
1 small can of sliced black olives
1 package of medium sized vegan pasta noodles (bow ties, spirals etc)
enough water to boil noodles (should be on package)

What you do: 

Preheat oven to 350.
Bring water to a boil (check back of the package for amount of water). Cook the noodles until they are al dente. Drain. Layer noodles on the bottom of a flat casserole dish, cover with marinara.
Grate block of vegan cheese and set aside shreds in a bowl. Add the two tablespoons of vegenaise to the cheese. Mix well. Layer the cheese mixture on top of the marinara. Add olives.
Bake for thirty minutes at 350 degrees. (This cheese will melt, but for that added touch, put the casserole in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, just enough time to melt the cheese (make sure dish is microwave safe).
Let the casserole cool before serving.
