Chili My Way
What you need:
1 yellow onion, diced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 can crushed tomatoes
2-3 tablespoon chili powder
1/3 teaspoon cracked red pepper
1/8 teaspoon tobassco sauce
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
What you do:
In casserole put all vegetables, beans and spices, cover and cook for 25 minutes on high in microwave.
Hint: textured soy protein can be added for denser chili.
