Cold 'n Crunchy Burrito

What you need: 

1 Red Delicious apple, sliced
1 vegan tortilla
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/3 cup of granola, your favorite
1/4 tablespoons raisins

What you do: 

My little sister is vegan and lives with me. I'm always trying to come up with new recipes to feed her and one day I thought this would taste good and she loved it! She makes one every morning to eat on the school bus.
Heat tortilla in microwave for a couple seconds to make it nice and soft. Lay it out and spread peanut butter (crunchy or creamy) according to your tastes. Arrange apple slices down the center and sprinkle granola all over. My sister preferes Bare Naked apple cinnamon, but the fruit and nuts mix works great too. Raisins are always a good option. Wrap up your burrito and enjoy!!!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I love this recipe.
THIS IS SO YUMMY.
I make it sometimes before school.
it's quick, just the cutting the apples is a drag.

Good and quick for a breakfast on the run or a sit down meal.  The only change I made was to spread a little jam on the peanut butter as my husband thought that would make them perfect.
