Corn Ball Dressing

What you need: 

1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 large can creamed corn
1 cup cold water
8 oz bag cornbread stuffing mix-Brownberry makes a good one
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon soy flour or your choice of replacer for 1 egg

What you do: 

Combine ingredients in large bowl. Shape into 18 balls and place in Pam-sprayed casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve hot, with your choice of gravy, if desired.
