Creole squash

What you need: 

2 pounds squash, sliced thinly
2 onions, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 cups tomatoes, canned or fresh

What you do: 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a casserole dish. Arrange squash in prepared dish, and onions.
2. Add mustard and seasoning to tomatoes. Pour over squash and onions.
3. Bake for 45 minutes.
