Curried Chick Pea Salad
What you need:
2 cups cooked chickpeas
1 cup sunflower sprouts
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup golden raisins
1 tablespoon pear juice concentrate
1 teaspoon curry powder
What you do:
Mix it up! Pear juice concentrate is available from health food stores, and it gives the salad a beautiful sweet flavour. Enjoy!
