Decadent Date Smoothie
What you need:
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup non-dairy milk
1/2 cup plain, non-dairy yogurt
1 banana
1/2 cup pitted dates
1 tablespoon tahini
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 ice cubes
What you do:
Blend all ingredients in blender. Pour into two tall glasses, serve.
