Deviled Tofu Spread

What you need: 

½ pound firm silken tofu, crumbled
¼ cup red onion, chopped finely
3 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon capers
2 teaspoon sweet relish
½ teaspoon curry powder
salt & pepper to taste

What you do: 

Mix everything together and serve. Silken firm tofu works very nicely.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Very enjoyable, but really more like egg salad. Though I can't claim to remember deviled eggs too clearly.
I would make this again - very easy, tasty on bread.
