Falafel with Red pepper,Tomato and humous wrap

What you need: 

1 red bell pepper 

6 medium vine tomatoes

falafels (Orgran brand mix is best) or ready made

1 red onion

lettuce (I use Chinese lettuce) 

humous (I like caramelised onion or sweet chilly flavour)

wraps

What you do: 

1. Prepare falafels if usig mix or heat if using ready made ones.

2. Spread humous over 2 wraps.

3. Chop tomatoes and half bell pepper, add to the wraps along with prepared falafels and lettuce.

4. Fold and eat.

i like BBQ sauce with this too.

Quick easy and filling. Yum.
