Fruit Smoothie
What you need:
1 cup soymilk
2 to 3 scoops of soy ice cream, vanilla or fruit flavor of your choice
2 ice cubes
1 banana or whatever fruit you want to use, cut into chunks
1 teaspoon flax seed oil
What you do:
1) Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
