Garlic asparagus
What you need:
Handful of Asparagus, ends chopped off and cut in half
Four large Garlic cloves, minced
one lemon
Oil
What you do:
Cook asparagus in hot oil until bright green.
Add garlic and cook for few minutes.
Add juice of lemon and cook until asparagus is soft.
I like to serve over quinoa
:) go organic!
