Garlic lemon pepper oven fries with spicy dipping sauce
4 russet potatoes, peeled and sliced for fries
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise (I use Vegenaise)
2 to 3 teaspoons sriracha
2 teaspoons ketchup
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, silicone mat, or grease very well if nonstick.
2. Add potatoes to a large bowl with oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and lemon pepper. Toss with tongs.
3. Pour potatoes onto baking sheet in a single layer, and place in oven. Bake for 40 minutes, checking at 30 and 35 for crispiness.
4. For sauce, mix vegan mayo, sriracha, and ketchup in small dipping bowl. Remove potatoes when golden browned and crispy, and eat with sauce.

SO HOW'D IT GO?
These were really good - thanks for the post.
My fiancé and I agree that the fries are a 10 out of 5! The sauce was a little vegenaise-y for our taste, though, so I'll tweak it next time. Good recipe overall! :)
these are great! I didn't have lemon pepper so I used pepper + lemon zest. I especially liked the sauce. way better than plain ketchup. i will be making it a lot.
Thanks, 13! You're great.
I also really love this sauce with roasted broccoli. Having some tonight!
