Green Kale Smoothie
What you need:
1/2 apple
2 cups kale leaves
1 cup spinach
1 cup vanilla fat free yogurt
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1 cup ice cubes
What you do:
Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
