Kminova Polevka
What you need:
1/4 cup soy butter
1/4 cup flour
5 cup water or vegetable stock
salt to taste
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 cup cooked noodles of your choice
What you do:
Brown flour in butter. Add stock or water, salt, caraway seeds and cooked noodles. Simmer for before serving.
Source of recipe: My grandmother used to make a non-vegan version of this.
