Mandarin Salad

What you need: 

5 oz spinach leaves (I use half of a bag of pre-washe'd stuff)
2 cans (10 oz each) of mandarin oranges
2-3 tablespoons of sesame oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 cup sunflower seeds or crushed almonds

What you do: 

Mix everything together in a big bowl. Pretty simple, huh? Just to be warned, this doesn't keep very well, so make it right before you serve it.
