Mint Chutney
What you need:
2 cups fresh mint
1 green chili
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon agave nectar or sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
What you do:
1. Place mint, chili and garlic in a food chopper or mincer and mince well.
2. Moisten mixture with vinegar and agave and blend well.
3. Store in a tightly-covered glass jar in the fridge. You can add more chili and sweetening as needed.
Source of recipe: This is an old, pre-war recipe made vegan.
