Mocha/Coconut Shake
What you need:
1 cup chocolate flavoured soy milk
1 cup coffee flavoured soy milk (or 1 teaspoon decaff coffee)
1 - 1.5 cups crushed ice
1 heapedtablespoon coconut shavings and/or few drops coconut flavouring (extract)
maple syrup for flavouring (as much or little as you like)
What you do:
Blend together the two flavoured soy milks with the crushed ice and maple syrup until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend a for another minute.
