Oh-So-Easy Vegan Pancakes
What you need:
2 cups flour (I like to use I cup whole wheat and I cup enriched white)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups soy or rice milk
2 tablespoons oil
What you do:
Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder together. Add milk and oil until just mixed. I use an electric fry pan, but a frying pan on the stove works fine too, but don't forget to put a little oil on whatever you use to cook them with. When cooking cover the pan with a lid. Cook until brown on both sides. You can add raisins or whatever you like in them.

SO HOW'D IT GO?
Very easy to make. I added cinnamon,vanilla extract, and bananas. They were definitely a hit, thanks!! 8)
I made these for my mom for mother's day and she thought they were delicious. I added some vanilla extract and a little maple syrup.
I liked this recipe because it is so easy. Although, it is a bit bland. Using the different milks adds flavor. I have also added cinnamon and vanilla to add flavor. I have used spelt flour and it has worked very well.
