Pak Choy with Mushrooms

What you need: 

2-4 mushrooms (with stem removed and cut into thin slices)
about 3 pak choys (White Cabbage) cut in half
soy sauce
salt to taste
1 tablespoon oil
finely chopped ginger, just a litte bit not the whole ginger
1 clove garlic
1-2 sping onions fineley chopped

What you do: 

First put oil into wok and when oil is hot, add ginger, garlic, sping onion. Add the pak choys stirring frequently. Add salt, mushrooms, soy sauce and mix. Serve hot.
