Parmesan
What you need:
1 cup almonds
2 cups nutritional yeast
salt, to taste
What you do:
Put everything in the blender and mix until the almonds are almost ground.
This is delicious on any kind of pasta.

This works quite well with cashews, too! I like to add a little garlic powder to mine as well.

I always use raw almonds with the skin off, but I'm sure it would work well with any type. :-)
