PB & J smoothie

What you need: 

1 cup ice
1 cup vanilla nondairy milk (I use almond)
1 handful strawberries
3 tablespoons organic peanut butter
1 tablespoon agave nectar or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon strawberry preserves

What you do: 

1. Add all ingredients to blender.
2. Blend for about 3 minutes.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This is a nice change from my Electric shake or just pb and banana. I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1/2 banana for sweetness, frozen strawberries and added 2 Tbs flax seeds. Nice breakfast :D Next time I'll try it with no banana and extra frozen strawberries to get the full PB & J effect.
