Peanut Butter Split Smoothie
What you need:
1 banana, quartered and frozen (I always keep these in my refrigerator)
3/4 cup nondairy milk (I use soy)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
What you do:
Put ingredients in a blender, blend, drink.
Source of recipe: I got this recipe from my sister, but I had to veganize it a bit.

Wow, yum! Thank you! This is so simple. I love that I don't have to buy vegan icecream to have a creamy treat. I added a little more frozen banana than it called for, mixed in a little extra peanut butter manually at the end and added chocolate syrup- peanut butter cup shake!
