Pistachio Pesto

What you need: 

2 cup fresh basil
1 cup shelled pistachio nuts
2-3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup olive oil

What you do: 

Put all of the ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly. You might need up to 2/3 c. olive oil. Serve over hot pasta.
