Power Up Breakfast Smoothie
What you need:
1 cup soy or rice milk
1 tablespoon protein powder
1/2 avocado, cut into small chunks
1 banana
a few strawberries, cut into slices
1/4 to 1/2 cup water (opt.)
What you do:
Put all ingredients in blender and blend till desired consistency. Add water for a less thick shake. Enjoy!

this was very good and incredibly filling! the avocado tree in my backyard has been going crazy and i've had more avocados than i know what to do with. i was glad to have a new way to make them into breakfast! :P
