Protein Berry Smoothie

What you need: 

3 tablespoon soy protein powder
handful of frozen raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries
1/3 cup soy milk
2 tablespoon lemonade concentrate
3 ice cubes

What you do: 

Add ingredients into blender, blend, enjoy!
