Quick and Easy Salsa

What you need: 

1 handful fresh cilantro, rinsed
1 (28-ounce) can whole tomatoes
1 (7.76-ounce) can medium-heat Mexican salsa
1/3 onion, coarsely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt

What you do: 

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pulse 2 or 3 times for a very short amount of time - you want to be sure to leave chunks in your salsa. Serve with corn chips. Enjoy!
