Raw Green Soup

What you need: 

1 avocado, peeled and pitted
1/2 cucumber, chopped
1 cup raw spinach or other greens
1/4 to 1/2 cup water
Bragg's Liquid Aminos, sea salt, or other spices to taste
1 teaspoon oil (optional)
1/4 cup fresh raw salsa

What you do: 

1) Place first 4 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You might have to stir to get ingredients to blend. Season to taste. Top with salsa and enjoy!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Since I eat this for dinner almost every night, I have added some stuff to perfect it.  It is so delicious!

Blend:
Greens (kale, salad mix, spinach, whatever)
Cucumber
Avocado
Garlic
Broccoli
Celery
Water
Braggs Amino/soy sauce/tamari

Then in a bowl (NOT blended) I put some edamame (not in the shell obviously), nutritional yeast, fresh salsa, and some herbs and spices.
Yum yum!

I've improved this recipe by adding wheat grass juice, fresh cilantro, and a tablespoon of miso.  :)

Props! The Cilantro & Miso made this super-tasty!

Yum!  This is very good and was surprisingly filling.  I added a handful of chopped fresh cilantro and used 2 Haas avocados.  It made just enough for me and my daughter!
