Rice, Veggies, and Soy Cheese

What you need: 

1 cup rice
1 cup water
1 cup any vegetables you choose
1 cup soy cheese

What you do: 

Boil the water. Remove from heat and add the rice. Let it absorb the water.
Cut up the vegetables, and add to the rice.
Shred the cheese and add add to the rice and veggies.
Microwave for 30 seconds or until cheese is melted. Mix and eat.
