Salsa - Zee Best You Ever Had
4 - 5 large carrots
1 - 2 medium cucumbers
1 green pepper
1 stalk celery
1 jalapeno pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 cup vinegar
1 large tin of tomatoes
1 tin tomato sauce
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon cumin
In a blender or food processor, chop the carrots, green pepper, celery, onion, and cucumber individually into small pieces, adding each to a large bowl as they are chopped.
Blend tomatoes and tomato sauce together and add them to bowl.
Next, blend the vinegar, cilantro, cumin, jalapeno pepper, and garlic together until garlic and pepper are in very small pieces and add to bowl.
Stir ingredients very well and chill in fridge for at least an hour so that the ingredients can all mesh together.

This is a pretty big recipe, but if you're anything like me, you will gobble it down quickly. Friends also enjoy receiving a containerful when I make this :)
