SAT Test Prep Smoothie

What you need:

1 or 2 small, fresh Philipino mangoes, in chunks (chilled in the freezer just before use till firm)
handful of strawberries, fresh (chilled in the freezer just before use till firm)
handful of blueberries, fresh
handful of blackberries, fresh
green juice, enough for flavor/texture (Trader Joe's brand Green Juice or Naked Juice brand Green Machine juice)
a little nondairy milk (optional: I haven't tried it yet, so experimental)
ice (optional)
2 to 4 tablespoons freshly ground flax seed

What you do:

Combine fruit items, juice, and nondairy milk in a blender. Pulse until combined and at your preferred consistency (should be slushy, not too liquidy, not too lumpy). Add ice, as needed. When the right texture is reached, add ground flax, pulse once or twice to combine, enjoy.
Source of recipe: I came up with this the other day, i decided this is what id have for some brain food the morning of my SAT test, and sounds good so ill share ill post later how it went!
