Smoothies Kids Love

What you need: 

1 cup soy milk
a few ice cubes
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
a squirt of chocolate syrup

What you do: 

Blend and serve on a hot day or whenever.
My kids ask for this fairly regularly. I love the fact that this is a healthy snack and that they love and finish it.
