Soy Frappuccino Light (With Variations!)
What you need:
1/2 cup coffee
1/2 cup nondairy milk (any flavor)
1 tablespoon instant coffee crystals
1 to 2 tablespoons flavored syrup (optional)
1 to 2 teaspoons nondairy cream (optional)
Sweetener, to taste
1 cup crushed ice
What you do:
1) Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Source of recipe: I just came up with this one day when I wanted a nice cold coffee drink...and wasn't able to get to a Starbucks.
