1 tablespoon chili powder

yum! great healthy snack alternative.

as everyone else has said, definitely needs more time in the oven, like 40+ minutes.

Made something like this for New Year's Eve using black eyed peas.  Yummy way to incorporate the good luck of the peas into your New Year's celebration!  Black eyed peas are smaller though, so watch them closely...they can burn fast.  I didn't have any problem with them staying crunchy the next day either.  ;)b

Marvelous! I kept mine in the over for longer...probably about 50 minutes.  I liked the consistency and texture a lot.  I didn't have cajun seasoning so improvised my own with paprika, thyme, oregano, pepper, garlic and onion powder.

So yummy!  I will make this a lot.

These are so good! I can't believe how crispy they get. I baked them a little longer to get them nice and crunchy. Did anyone else have problems with them getting a little soggy the next day? I want them to stay yummy and crispy!
