Spicy Jalapeno Hummus

What you need:

1 (15.5-ounce) can garbanzo beans (or chickpeas), rinsed
1/3 cup pickled, sliced jalapenos
2 tablespoons juice from jar of pickled jalapenos
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons tahini
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon paprika
pinch kosher salt

What you do:

In a food processor, puree all of the ingredients. You may want to add more jalapeno-jar juice in order to attain your desired consistency. Transfer to a bowl. If you want to be a little fancy, drizzle with a bit of olive oil and sprinkle with paprika. Gobble gobble!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This recipe is the bees knees!
I just made it and for lunch.... delicious!
I used dry organic garbanzo beans because I had been soaking them over night for a soup and had too much.  It came out wonder.  It's got a good kick to it but I love spicy food.
