Stir-Fried Beansprouts with Spring Onion Recipe
What you need:
3 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
1-3/4 cups fresh beansprouts
3 stalks spring onions, cut into same length as the beansprouts
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon light brown sugar
3 drops of sesame oil
What you do:
Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a wok.
2. Add garlic and stir-fry for 10 seconds.
3. Add beansprouts and spring onions and stir-fry for 1 minute.
4. Add salt and sugar and sprinkle with the sesame oil.
5. Transfer to a shallow plate and serve piping hot. Do not over cook or the beansprouts will go soggy.
