Tofu Mash

What you need: 

1 pkg. extra firm tofu
1 pkg Tofu-Mate Texas taco flavour
olive oil
1 can corn
basmati rice, 1/2 to 1 cup dry
water
broccoli, onion, zucchini, spinach
hot sauce

What you do: 

Cook rice according to directions. While cooking, prepare tofu as directed. Stirfry the veggies in olive oil, and when everything is almost done, warm up the corn. Throw everything in a bowl, mix well, add as much hot sauce as you want, and enjoy.
Believe it or not, this is one of my best recipe inventions. Everyone I've ever fed it too has gone on to make it at home.
