Tomato/Basil Pasta

What you need: 

1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 (4 ounce) can chopped black olives
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
cooked pasta, to serve
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
salt and pepper, to taste

What you do: 

1. Combine tomato, basil, and olives in a bowl, set aside.
2. Next, heat olive oil in a skillet, add garlic and saute for approximately 2 minutes.
3. Then add pasta and ingredients from bowl, stirring constantly.
4. Add vegan red wine vinegar and heat for a few more minutes. Remove from heat, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Enjoy!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

i actually wipped this up before i found this recipe. i was right - it tastes great!
for my sour tomatoes i added a bit of sugar.
