Tomato-Nut Salad
What you need:
3 tomatoes, washed, peeled, chopped
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Lecithin (fat emulifiet)
2 teaspoons flax seed meal
1/2 cup pecans, shelled and chopped
1 tablespoon Tamari sauce (optional)
What you do:
1. Drizzle oil over chopped tomatoes, and sprinkle with flax seed meal. Add pecans and tamari sauce (if using). Stir.
2. Heat in microwave about 1 minute to take the chill off and soften nuts. Enjoy!
