V-5 Veggie Fusion

What you need: 

3 tomatoes (chilled is best)
2 carrots
1 celery rib
1 handful parsley
1 clove garlic
1 (1") piece jalapeno
1 handful (cup) mixed greens or spinach

What you do: 

Juice all ingredients.
If you chill your veggie beforehand, it will be nice and cold, otherwise serve on ice! Trust me on the jalepeno/garlic, it's delicious! Enjoy!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This recipe is pretty good. My grandmother (a fan of Gerson Therapy) would make a very simillar one for us granddaughters when we entered adolesence for pms. WONDERFUL WONDERFUL natural treatment.
