Vegan Bailey's

What you need: 

12 ounces vanilla silken tofu
1-1/4 cups brandy (or whiskey)
1 (15-ounce) can coconut milk
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
3 teaspoons instant coffee or espresso
1-1/2 teaspoons almond extract
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

What you do: 

1) Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix!
Feel free to add more stuff according to preference.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

i do a version that is instant and only includes two ingredients, kaluha coffee liquor, and vegan soya cream, we served these at the bar at our vegan wedding and noone  could tell the difference :)
