Vegan Gluten-free Pancakes
What you need:
1-1/2 cups brown rice flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 "eggs" (Bob's Red Hill Egg Replacement
1 tablespoon baking powder
1-1/2 cups vanilla almond milk
1 teaspoon olive oil
What you do:
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Mix egg replacement and add to dry ingredients.
3. Add almond milk and oil and mix well.
Makes approximately 6 4-inch pancakes.

if you don't have access to Bob's Red Mill egg replacer, you can use cornstarch or potato starch and water. 4 tablespoons of cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of water would be 2 "eggs". Another one is ground flaxseed and water (2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed to 4 tablespoons of water). Still another would be 1/4 cup of tofu, or a few tablespoons of applesauce or vegan yogurt.
can u pls suggest best replacement for egg in this recipe......
