White Rice and Beans
What you need:
2/3 cups Five Minute rice
2 thick rings of red pepper, or more if you want
3/4 cups black beans
salt and pepper, if want
What you do:
Cook rice to package directions, except stop cooking at 4 minutes.
Add red pepper and cook for one minute.
Add beans and cook until beans are hot.
Dish out and serve up with soy sauce.
