This recipe is absolutely wonderful. I had a [i]ton[/i] of homegrown carrots sitting around so I decided to try this. I used a lot of ginger, and also threw in a pinch of cumin.
This was so unexpectedly delicious! I don't even like avocado. I just happened to get one for free and thought I'd try this. I substituted honey for the maple syrup.
This is delicious. Especially warm out of the oven. The first time I followed the recipe minus the chocolate chips and cocoa powder (I had none on hand) Second attempt I played around some.
