This might just be the perfect chocolate chip cookie. I was skeptical at first because the flax/cornstarch/oil mixture smelled disgusting and made my dough smell and taste funny.
I used some vegan "abalone" instead of tofu and added carrots, broccoli, red pepper, and onions. This is was delicious! It was like eating at a Chinese restaurant.
These did not work at all for me. It was bubbling like crazy while baking and when it cooled the edges were crispy and the middle was drenched in grease.
Change in step 2: It's best if you just thaw and drain the spinach before adding it so that you don't have to worry about ending up with a runny mixture.
