I thought that this was very good, though I didn't make the sauce. I probably should have, since spaghetti sauce from the jar made it taste a little too... spaghetti-ish.

These are great. I had enough filling for 14-15, but I only ended up making 11. We ate them with refried black beans, and they would have been good with guacamole as well. I will make these again :]

I nixed the scallions and added red bell pepper. Deeeeelish! I used romaine instead of cabbage, but cabbage would have been better. Thanks!
