Oops. I meant to add that I used the orange fleshed tubers which we call yams here in Canada and I've heard people in the US call sweet potatoes. I'm not sure which the original

This recipe is great! I just polished off the entire batch of spicy sweet potato fries in about 5 minutes and I will def be making them again in the future. My only change was to sub cumin
