Bulk Flour-There's got to be a better way!

So, like most of you probably do, I buy my flour in bulk. I use the thin plastic baggies that the store provides.
I usually take a bunch of the bags shopping with me so that I can reuse them. This works great for fruit and such.
However, with flour, I find that the "empty" bag still has tons of flour stuck to the sides and would be hard to rinse out. So every time I use one for flour, I throw it out.
Is there a better way to transport bulk flour? I hate throwing those bags away!
Will your store deduct the weight of a reusable container (like Tupperware or something)? For things I buy in small amounts, I use those little lightweight ~2 cup containers that you get at the deli. I write the weight of the container on the bottom (though only a few of the cashiers actually take the trouble to deduct it, I don't worry too much about it).
I've also started using bread bags for things like beans and rice. I really hate the way the bags that they provide for the bulk foods have all that gathering at the bottom so stuff gets stuck in there and they're impossible to wash out.
well to rinse it, can't you just turn it inside out and rinse it?

Oh, I like this idea! I keep saving those deli containers too because they are not recyclable here. And I also save my bread bags. :)
VH...I've tried that but then I have all these wet bag lying around! And they just don't rinse out that well or dry very quickly.
How about one of these bag drying contraptions? http://www.amazon.com/Plastic-Bag-Dryer-Recycling-Kitchen/dp/B001I0KUB0 or you could make one. My mom always rinses out those bags and leaves them drying on the container of cooking tools. It used to annoy me.
But yeah, using a reuseable container is a good idea. Just ask them to tare it for you and write down the weight for them to deduct.
I wish I had this problem these days... I can't find anything in bulk here. And flour comes in the tiniest bags, just 1 kg. I go through so many bags.
We used to always use the recycled containers for all bulk stuff. They actually provided them at the store, so we just always reused the same ones. I miss it. : (
I use a fabric bag, I think its cotton or linen? I repourposed it from something else. Yeah, if you swung it at something you would get a poof of flour, but for the short jourmey home it isn' a problem. I do this for sugar, nooch, spices etc.
If you don't do the sewing thing, try ETSY or the Dollar Store for a fabric bags.
