Is this a good idea? (at home vegan bakery)

:D Hey, I'm new and there are no vegan/vegetarian restuarants where i live. Is it a good Idea to set up a vegan bakery thing from home, selling cookies, cakes, etc.?
You could also look into renting space from a shared-use commercial kitchen. These are licensed kitchens that allow small businesses to use their facilities. Here's a helpful link:
