ooo, I love when I get to bring cookies to events and such.....(like Yabbitgirl's virtual VW bash!)...people always end up raving about them, y'know...Omygawd, who made these? they're awesome!.....and then I get to wow them all when I tell them they're VEGAN!  bwahahaha!

and I know you'll get to bask in that very same glory....with sooo many good cookie recipes on here, you really can't go wrong.

I was thinking of making a holidays-style version of The Best Oat Cookie That Ever Existed:

they're always a hit.  I think I'll try using cranberries AND raisins, add nuts and extra spice, and they'll be like yummy fruitcake cookies.  Plus, if you made those, it'd probably set yours apart from all the same ol' frosted and red & green sprinkled sugar cookies.....not that those aren't good, just perhaps a bit overdone.

*giggles* I liked that you "evil" laughed over vegan cookies! I had this image of you sweeping down on a christmas party buffet with fangs and a cape magically chucking vegan cookies at people....*wipes tear from eye* ah, it was a good little movie I created for myself!
